GVC is continuing to closely monitor these serious developments, and especially how they may impact GVC’s clients, associated persons, visitors, vendors and business operations.
GVC has adopted and implemented the following policies and procedures with immediate effect. They will remain in effect until further notice. GVC reserves the right to amend them as circumstances warrant.
Please note that if there are any conflicts between GVC’s Policies and Procedures and any applicable Orders or Requirements issued by state or local authorities (e.g., the Colorado Governor or Greenwood Village authorities), the applicable Orders or Requirements issued by state or local authorities will govern and apply.
Likewise, if any such applicable Orders or Requirements issued by state or local authorities are more strict than GVC’s Policies and Procedures, such applicable Orders or Requirements issued by state or local authorities will govern and apply.
The GVC office will not be open as usual during regular business hours Monday through Friday of each week; instead, the GVC office will be open sporadically based on then-applicable conditions and the physical availability of GVC’s associated persons.GVC’s associated persons are encouraged to stay and work from home unless it is absolutely necessary for them to be in the GVC office.
GVC’s associated persons are required to regularly monitor (and respond promptly to) their cell/mobile telephone calls and all emails to their gvccap.com email addresses.
Each and every person (whether a GVC associated person or any other person) who is sick, has been exposed and/or is experiencing symptoms relating to the coronavirus and/or any other serious medical condition is prohibited from visiting and entering the GVC office.
In person meetings in GVC’s office with any/all third persons (i.e., non-GVC associated persons) are prohibited unless emergency, urgent circumstances require an exception.
Appropriate social distancing between and among all persons in the GVC office (i.e., at least six feet) is mandatory.
Please direct all telephone calls to GVC’s associated persons via their cell/mobile telephone numbers.
For emails, please continue to use only the applicable gvccap.com email address to communicate regarding all GVC business as such.
GVC Clients: GVC has a business continuity plan and has taken steps to continue to be available to all GVC clients, especially via cell/mobile telephone communications and/or via email using gvccap.com email addresses.
Please continue to work and communicate with your current GVC contact(s) using applicable cell/mobile telephone numbers and gvccap.com email addresses.
Please telephone your GVC registered associated person to discuss and/or direct any securities transactions.
As always, securities transactions CANNOT BE PLACED AND WILL NOT BE EFFECTED via communications made by voice mail, email, text and/or other means.
Each GVC client must discuss orally with his/her/its GVC registered associated person all securities transactions before any GVC registered associated person may place any securities order on behalf of any GVC client.
All GVC registered associated persons will continue to work with GVC’s third-party securities clearing firm (Hilltop Securities) to enter all securities transactions as directed via oral instructions from GVC’s clients.
Please do not physically visit the GVC office.

Please call or email to provide notification of any/all mail, package and other deliveries to the GVC office.
