GVC’s experienced registered professionals help individual and entity clients purchase and sell securities in securities brokerage accounts that are custodied with and maintained by GVC’s third party securities clearing firm, Hilltop Securities, Inc. All securities purchase and sales orders are sent to and executed by Hilltop. Hilltop provides directly to the securities brokerage account owner transaction confirmations, periodic account statements and other relevant information.
GVC’s experienced registered professionals may or may not make specific or individualized securities recommendations to GVC’s clients. All investment and securities transaction decisions ultimately are made by each client based on individual circumstances and needs. GVC’s experienced registered professionals do not hold and/or exercise full discretion over any client’s securities brokerage account(s).
