Municipal Finance

Greg manages Fulton Partners Investments, a division of GVC, concentrating on municipal bond offerings. His experience includes 32 years in the securities industry, specializing in tax exempt bond portfolio management and public finance. Greg began his career at E F Hutton, executing strategies relating to institutional bank and insurance company bond portfolios. He served as a Director and Corporate Secretary to a large independent Southern Colorado commercial bank holding company. Greg later served as an expert consultant regarding investigations and verifications concerning specific municipal bond price behaviors relative to other debt markets in changing economic environments. He has experience in managing the private placement of tax-exempt infrastructure bonds for new commercial and residential land developments. Greg earned his BSBA degree in Economics from the University of Denver. He was a First Lieutenant in the United States Air Force.
